The Grinberg Method focuses on training your natural ability to achieve your health, wellbeing or performance goal. It works by teaching you how to apply your abilities to breathe, relax, focus and use your body attention and control.


With training, you can also learn to recognize how you automatically respond to challenges, how these responses are in your body, and how to stop them – so you can consciously choose how to reach your goal.


A session combines touch, description tools and instructions to teach you how to regain your ability to progress towards your goal with clarity, recuperate your energy and create an actual change that appears in your life and body.
